By accessing or using the Hublinkly B2B trade platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and businesses that access our services.
2. Use of Platform
Hublinkly provides tools to connect verified businesses for international trade, including RFQ management, AI-powered advisory, supplier discovery, and market intelligence. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful commercial purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
3. Account Registration
To access most features you must register an account and provide accurate, complete business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may require KYC verification before activating certain capabilities.
4. Subscription Plans
The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. Trial periods convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. We may change plan pricing with reasonable prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, software, and design elements are the property of Hublinkly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the business content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to display it for the purpose of operating the Platform.
6. Privacy and Data
Our handling of personal and business data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your information as set out in that policy. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hublinkly is not a party to any transaction between members and is not liable for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any trade. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
